Appointments are reserved for you. A few courtesies keep the book fair — details will be confirmed when you book.
Cancellation
Please give as much notice as you can if you cannot keep your appointment. A specific window will be confirmed when we book.
No-show
A missed appointment without notice may affect future booking. I'll be clear about this when we set the date.
Running late
A few minutes happens. If you are running later than that, text so we can decide whether to start or reschedule.
